Printer no longer rolls or feed the paper.

There are several reasons why this is happening, please perform the following:

1. Please check if a sticker residue got stuck in the printer head or the roller
2. Clean the printer head with 70% alcohol and dry clean cloth and check for dirt or sticker residue
3. Please check if you are using the original L+H² power adapter
4. Try moving the power adapter to another outlet
5. Check if the roller inside the printer is still spinning (see the video below).
