Nothing Happens When Printing (Windows)

This issue occurs when the computer no longer talks to the printer. 

Please perform a self-test first, the self-test will ensure that the printer is working

1. Unplug the USB cable from your computer
2. Ensure there is enough paper fed into the printer
3. Press and hold the button wait for 2 beeps then let go
4. Wait for the self-test to complete

If the self-test works you may proceed with the steps below.

Please perform the following:

1. Turn the printer off and unplug the USB cord
2. Click the search box /magnifying glass in your computer, search for RUN, select RUN, and type: shell:printersfolder and click OK
3. Right-click Lefthans2 and select delete and please restart the computer
4. Connect the printer to a different USB port
5. Turn the printer back ON
6. The computer will now attempt to add the printer
7. Once, added go ahead and print on this newly added printer.
