If your printer is stopping halfway or gets stuck in the middle of printing, the most likely cause is that your printer settings (Density and Speed) are set too high.
For Windows users:
- We recommend that you adjust your printer settings so that the Speed is set to 4, and the Density is set to 6
- Click the search box/magnifying glass on your computer
- Search for PRINTERS
- Click Printers and Scanner
- Click L+H² or Lefthans2 and select Printing preferences
For Mac users:
You can access it straight from the printer menu. Look for the drop-down menu under "Printer Features".
Set the Darkness to 0 or 1 and the Speed to 2.
Also, please ensure that the printer head still moves and is not stuck or the roller still spins.
If the issue continues to persist, please make sure that the power adapter is directly connected to the wall and that you are using an original L+H² adapter.
