Red light / Skipping labels

Please perform the Automatic Label Identification by following these 7 simple steps.

1. Unplug the printer USB cord from your computer.
2. Turn off the printer for a few seconds, and turn it back on.
3. Place at least 10 labels or the whole pack of labels in.
4. Hold down the button on top of the printer until you hear 1 beep, then quickly leave go.
5. Press and hold the button again, wait for 2 beeps then let go, the printer will print a self-test
6. Reconnect the USB cord to your computer in a different USB port
7. Print 3 copies of this sample label: sample_label.pdf
