Shopify Setup

To set up your printer to print shipping labels with Shopify you will need to change the format to Thermal (4 x 6 inches)

in the print options before purchasing your postage. 

Please follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to your Orders tab in your Shopify store.
2. Select an active order that has not yet been fulfilled.
3. Navigate to the Create Shipping Label button and click it.
4. Click on the Change format option (pictured below).
   
   
5. Change the format to Thermal (4 x 6 inch / 100 x 150 mm / A6) for label printers in the print options (pictured below).
   
   
6. Click Save. Your label format should now be set as a 4 x 6-inch label
