If you've already generated a shipping label, you will need to void your label and purchase it again, using the correct format. (Don't worry, you will be refunded for the postage automatically).

To void your label: 

Navigate to the page where you printed your shipping label. There is a dropdown option under your tracking number that says More. Click it and select the Void label. Under Reason for voiding, select Wrong label format. Click the Void label and Done.

To set up your printer to print shipping labels with eBay you will need to change the format to Thermal (4 x 6 inches) in the print options before purchasing your postage. Please follow these simple steps:

1. Locate the order that you want to fulfill and proceed to create a shipping label
2. Before you press the Purchase label button look over the right side of the screen and look for the More option.
3. Click the More option and look for Print format or Paper size
4. Change the size to 4 x 6 and then press Save
5. You may proceed with purchasing or buying your labels.
   
   
6. Once you changed your paper size to 4 x 6 all of your new and upcoming labels will be produced in 4 x 6 inches.
