Windows Driver Installation

To Install your L+H² Thermal Label Printer, insert the USB drive that is (included with your printer) into your computer. (Alternatively, you can download the software here.)

1. Open the file named LH-560 Setup for Windows by double-clicking on it.

You will receive a prompt.

"Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?"

2. Click Yes.

3. Click Next, then Install and Finish.

The driver for your printer is now installed.

If you have any trouble with this step, please create a case by clicking on the question mark icon on the bottom right-hand corner of this page.

The next step is going to be actually setting your label size if it will be anything other than a standard 4x6" shipping label.

On the desktop, click on the Start menu> Control Panel> Devices and Printers (in some versions of Windows, you can search for "Control Panel" in the search bar at the bottom of the desktop).

If your device is on, you should see a printer named LH-560 LABEL.

Right-click and choose Printing preferences. Select the Layout tab and Advanced. Choose the label size that corresponds to the label that you currently have. Most 4x6 shipping labels are 100x150mm which is the default size for shipping labels. If you have a label that's slightly longer or shorter, choose the correct size here.

Click OK
