Printing Blank Labels

Modified on Tue, 6 Jun, 2023 at 3:55 PM

Your labels being loaded upside down is the most frequent cause. Please double-check that your labels are loaded correctly. The peelable side should be facing the ceiling.

Ensure your labels are "Direct Thermal" labels.

To check if you are using a Direct-thermal label, please perform the scratch test by scratching the surface of the paper using your fingernail or a coin. If you see a dark trail it means you are using a Direct-thermal label, if not then you are likely using Thermal-transfer paper.

Once you have placed the label properly, and confirmed that you are using a Direct-thermal paper. Press and hold the feed button until you hear two beeps then let go, the printer will then perform a self-test. If the self-test is OK, you may proceed with printing your labels.
