Your label is most likely not formatted correctly for 4 x 6 label printing, which is the most likely cause. Most shipping platforms produce their labels in 8 x 11 as opposed to 4 x 6 inches. This is the likely reason why your labels printing sideways or printing really small.
Here is an example of a 4 x 6-inch label: sample_label.pdf
You can still print your 8 x 11-inch label using your L+H² printer by cropping the label using a free version of Adobe Reader. Please see the steps below on how to crop your label using Adobe.
Update**
If you are using the new version of Adobe Reader on Windows.
- Click Menu
- Undo > Redo > More
- Take a snapshot
- Drag your mouse from top to bottom highlighting the label that you want to print.
- Click Print.
