White lines when printing

If you are getting white lines or dark spots or streaks when printing from your L+H² printer, it is likely that there is some debris or dust that is stuck to the Thermal Print Head.

To correct this, please follow these steps:

1. Dab a dry cloth with a bit of 70% alcohol.
2. Turn the printer off.
3. Open the printer by tugging the lever on the right-hand side of the printer and lifting the cover.
4. Carefully wipe the Thermal Print Head and the black rollers. Closely examine for any debris that may be stuck onto the Thermal Print Head or rollers, making sure to gently remove it. 
5. Allow for the alcohol to dry and close the printer. 
6. Turn the printer on and print as usual.
