Freightcom allows shippers to change their paper size from standard 8 x 11-inch to 4 x 6-inch which is compatible with your L+H² printer.
By default, your account is set up to print a thermal label, however, if these settings were changed, please follow these steps to switch it back to the thermal label.
- Log in to your Freightcom Portal account
- Under My Account choose Account Preferences
- Under General Settings choose YES under Thermal Label
