Royal Mail (UK) Setup

Make sure you change the settings to 6x4 in Royal Mail.

Here are the steps:

1. On your Royal Mail dashboard, navigate to "Settings" on the top right hand of your screen.

2. In settings, click the "Label Format" box.

3. Next, under "Choose printout format" select "Separate label & dispatch note"

4. Under "Choose label format" select 6x4.

5. Do the same for "Choose dispatch note format".

6. Click "Save".
