For MAC
Please download and run this program on your MAC: https://anydesk.com/en/downloads. Once the download is complete, please open the program and install it.

After installing Anydesk, please allow it to run on your MAC
1. Completely close AnyDesk
2. Open System Preferences or system settings, then select Privacy and Security
3. Click Privacy, then click the lock icon to unlock the settings, and please put a CHECK ✔ to the following:
Accessibility: Allow AnyDesk to work on the MAC
Screen Recording: Allow the support agent to see your screen
4. Once you have allowed Anydesk, please open or launch the program, and it will give you an address; please send the address back to us so we can remote to your computer.
For Newer MAC, please allow it by toggling the toggle switch.
For Windows
Please download and run this program https://anydesk.com/en/downloads Once the download is complete, please open the program, and it will provide you with an "ADDRESS". Send us back the address, and I will remote to your machine.
